Mission Trips – Why go?
Here’s a quick video we put together for the INN last night. Thought it’d be fun to share, as we’re trying to do a little "web promo" with this video, using the INN website, Facebook, and blogs to try a new means of communication.

Web Designin’ – Bella Musica Entertainment
I’m wrapping up my first web design project of the summer. I’ve been working on the website for Bella Musica Entertainment, the DJ company that did my wedding last summer. The couple that owns the business are friends from college, so it’s been fun working with them again and helping them expand their business’s marketing. Just to plug them a bit, if you’re ever looking for a great DJ/coordinator for an event, or know someone who is looking, they are amazing at what they do. They run a classy, fun business and take great care of their clients.
I did the complete site design. I’m particularly proud of the photo gallery. It uses SimpleViewer, an app that I’ve used in the past, but the great thing about this one is that the photos are generated directly from a Flickr photo account using an extension called FlickrViewer. This way, all you have to do is upload your photos to Flickr and they automatically appear in your site’s photo gallery! Amazing (aka nerdy).
Check the site out here: www.bellamusicadj.com.
Look for more web design related posts in the weeks to come. I’m starting two new projects next week.
Guess what, I’m brilliant!
Ok, I’m sure you either already knew that or you’re saying "shut up Seth, no you’re not." Whatever you think, I found out yesterday that someone actually appreciates brilliance such as mine!
As I’ve been working on developing our creative meeting space, Room2Think, for work, I’ve been in touch with a lot of people in the "facilitating creativity" business. Idea Sandbox is one of the coolest businesses I’ve found. Paul and his business are out of Seattle. He’s a great guy, really helpful for an upstart company like ours.
So, I check their site (www.idea-sandbox.com) frequently to find out what cool ideas he has and read their blog. Yesterday, he posted about having some problems with his website and offered to give the person who fixed the problem with the correct code "Fame and Fortune." So, I did it…and I won!
Read the final post to see how Brilliant I am (I’m not bragging, of course).
